Humilis…
I have found that I love doing art depicting Christ. And I really love doing it very dark. As an artist I see things a certain way. I feel that I should write a little bit more in depth about what it is I see in each piece.
Humilis. It means Humble…
I love Christ, I have a personal relationship with Christ and I have since I was a little boy. Though I don’t profess to be a Christian I do believe in Christ and I know each move I make in life I either stand before him or in him… The Key word here is “PERSONAL”. Most will look at this painting and see a dark image of Christ, blasphemes, even evil.. But if they could take a deep breath, slow down there mind and really look at it, maybe they would see it the way I do. I see a man who’s filled with sorrow as people put words in his mouth. Much like I am doing with this painting. The eye in his mouth is the eye of a serpent. This is because I believe to put words in the mouth of Christ is nothing less then evil… “Dis volentibus” means, Gods willing, if the gods are willing. To me this puts direct responsibility to create a relationship with god on to you. “He” is willing and you will know that only if you can drop your god complex. “Cura te ipsum” cure thyself. Again Personal responsibility. “Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.” Kill them. For the Lord knows those who are His. To me this represents that side of me that will cut of my nose to spite my face.. Sometimes I think its best to just hit the reset button on the human race…

Express…
A panda bear walks into a diner and orders a big meal. He finishes up, pulls a gun and shoots up the restaurant. Later on when the police manage to track him down to arrest him he handed them a flyer. On the flyer was a picture of a panda bear and it read, ” A panda eats, shoots and leaves”.
